Monochrome Meeting

OnLine

The monochrome group meets once a month on a Thursday usually the third Thursday of the month. We consist of a group of people with different skills and different outlooks who come together with a common interest. We look at images that can be converted to one colour, and this assists us to  adjust tonal values of an image, to look at the structure of an image, and to see how to use light to enhance your image.

This is an interactive group, you would feel free to ask questions regarding what we're going through and you can start at any level. The group consist of people that might have been taking photos for over 60 years to somebody that has picked up a camera in the last 12 months.

As well critiquing images and adjusting images, there is the opportunity to go out on a few excursions during the year. These are generally limited to the monochrome group, because of numbers.

This is also a social group, it enables you to learn more about each other’s skills, and while it's online using the Teams environment, you would find that the group is lighthearted and you can learn some quite intriguing techniques.

Login details for the meeting are sent out to members prior to the meeting.
